Today was my first day meditating again after two months away from it. I have been burdened by mental noise those two months. So, the more I meditate the more I understand why I need to meditate. Eventually I won't need to blog about it, I will just meditate and keep it to myself. It is tacky like bragging about praying. It is good to teach people to meditate or encourage someone who is stressed out to meditate, but I don't know what I'm doing. I always have so many doubts about what I am doing, maybe it is fine.
